DEARLY BELOVED is one of those books where you just feel. Your emotions run rampant, your mind races and you are just genuinely invested in the characters and the story.

When He Was Wicked – Julia Quinn

WHEN HE WAS WICKED had me crying in the first chapter. It plays with your emotions so thoroughly that you have to read further if only to get the knots out of your stomach and make sure everything turns out alright.

Knight Errant – R. Garcia Y Robertson

Edward Plantagent possibly one of the most romanticized historical figures in novels was just so knightly, so gallant and so cute, this reader fell in love with him all over again. So manly for such a young boy at the age of 17 he had certainly seen a lot given the era.

One Man’s Love – Karen Ranney

This book was great in historical details, and even made mention of how one of my provinces up here in Canada came to be. However there were too many names for the main character, Alex/Ian/The Butcher/The Raven for me to keep track of at times.

A Rogue In A Kilt – Sandy Blair

It was really funny, even in the parts where it should be suspenseful I had a hard time keeping a straight face. Ms. Blair’s writing is infectious, and written so descriptively that every time Angus said ACK! I could visualize his arms flying over his head and fits of giggles would erupt.

There are so many moments in this book that stand out for me. Ranging from when ghost Duncan almost fainted when Elizabeth said thank you to him before he made himself known to him. Or when they were back in his time and she managed to take the family ring off, and was convinced she was a witch ready to impale her when she turn translucent before his eyes.
