Joy Montgomery loves her job as an art gallery curator but she needs to take it up a notch and get a really hot artist to display their work. When Joy meets Ash Hunter she learns what “hot artist” really means. Ash is talented, innovative and a true visionary in with his photographs as well as statues with all this mixed in a package of pure desire.
Ash is drawn to Joy and without a second to ask himself why he finds himself consumed with lust for Joy and an overwhelming desire to photograph her. But Ash is a photographer with a unique sense of style that Joy is not completely comfortable with. She has spent too many years listening to negative remarks from her grandmother about her curves and sense of style. Ash doesn’t want to listen to any of it and once he takes over Joy’s existence there is no separating them.
But Joy has a terrible secret that she is keeping from Ash and when he finds out the fireworks go off but not in a way Joy is happy with. But there are a few skeletons in Ash’s closet that he is afraid to reveal to Joy for fear she will take off running. The fun is in the chase and the game they are playing is all about rewarding the winner.
This book follows Ms. Feisty’s prior books with the theme of seduction, passion and love adding a touch of intense sexual behavior. While not for everyone this story as with all her books has a foundation in the relationship and in showing that everyone has a wild side that with the right person, behind the proper closed door we are free to explore.
